Dräger CPS 5800

Limited-Use Gas-Tight Protection for Industrial and Emergency Response

The Dräger CPS 5800 is a premium, limited-use gas-tight chemical protective suit engineered for demanding applications in industry, maritime transport, and hazardous material management. Designed to guard against an expansive array of toxic industrial chemicals, liquid agents, and gaseous substances, it offers uncompromised protection during spill control, tank cleaning, and critical maintenance operations.

High-Performance Zytron laminate Technology

Manufactured from the advanced, multi-layered Zytron 500 material, this suit strikes the perfect balance between mechanical strength and flexible tactile movement. Every seam is meticulously stitched and heat-sealed with chemical-barrier tape inside and out, creating a continuous, impervious barrier that preserves structural integrity in highly volatile environments.

External SCBA Accommodation & Integration

• Type 1b Interface: Configured for applications where the self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) is worn outside the suit, optimizing agility and enabling rapid cylinder changes.

• Secure Face Seal: Outfitted with an integrated, highly flexible face cuff that pairs seamlessly with Dräger full-face respiratory masks for a certified gas-tight facial seal.

• Comprehensive Limb Protection: Features gas-tight integrated socks with splash guards alongside high-resistance laminate safety gloves to ensure total body isolation.
