Modular Customization and Enclosure Options

While sharing identical internal evaluation software and electronic processing capabilities, the two models differ in their protective design configurations. The REGARD® 2400 comes housed in a rugged, IP65-rated plastic enclosure featuring pre-drilled cable entries for quick, cost-effective wall installation. The REGARD® 2410 is designed for demanding environments, featuring a compact steel chassis tailored for space-saving integration onto standard DIN rails within existing industrial distribution panels.

Comprehensive Alarm Configuration and Fieldbus Connectivity

Both control systems feature an array of customizable internal relays, including two dedicated gas alarm stages per channel, a common alarm relay, and a distinct system fault relay. This allows facilities to configure multi-stage automated responses, such as activating visual strobes, sounding horns, or engaging emergency ventilation systems. For larger control frameworks, an optional built-in Modbus gateway module enables smooth, bidirectional digital data transmission to a central Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or SCADA system.
